Your gym may require you to sign one or more waivers before you can train. You can review and sign them any time from the Docs tab in the member portal.
Go to Documents
- Sign in to the member portal.
- Tap Docs in the bottom navigation. The page is headed Documents.
You will see an Onboarding checklist card showing how many steps are outstanding, and a Waivers section below.
Sign an outstanding waiver
Waivers that need your signature show an amber Action needed badge and a View & Sign button.
- In the Waivers section, find the waiver with an Action needed badge.
- Select View & Sign.
- Read the full waiver text in the panel that opens. Scroll to the bottom before signing.
- Tick I have read and agree to the above.
- Select Sign.
A green Signed badge appears on the waiver card when the signature is saved.
Check your readiness status
After signing, the Training readiness card updates. When all waivers are signed, the waivers tile shows All waivers signed with a green Up to date badge, and the checklist shows zero steps remaining.
Guardians: sign on behalf of a child
If you manage children through your account, use the child switcher in the header to select the relevant child before opening Docs. Each child has their own set of waivers. The Family action queue card lists any children still needing attention so you can work through them without leaving the page.
Notes
- Signing is permanent — there is no undo for a signed waiver. If a waiver was signed in error, contact your gym.
- Expired waivers show a red Expired badge; the signing flow is the same as for unsigned waivers.
- The Documents page does not collect any personal health or medical data — that is handled separately in the health questionnaire.
