How does billing work?
Your subscription is billed monthly in AUD, GST included. You can move up or down a tier whenever you want, and the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What if I go over my tier's member count?
If you go past your tier's member count, nobody gets locked out. You get a grace period to step up to the next tier when you're ready.
Can I change tiers at any time?
Yes, just contact us and we'll move you to the tier that fits your current member count. Tier changes take effect from your next monthly billing cycle. You can only downgrade once your active member count fits the smaller tier.
Can I bring members across from my current system?
Yes, export a CSV from your current system and import your members in one pass, up to 500 at a time. Belts and stripes are matched onto each program's ladder, so members arrive on the grades they've earned.
