Base Control supports two ways to sign in: a passkey (fingerprint, face, or security key) or your email and password. The passkey route is faster and more secure — you can set one up after your first sign-in.
Sign in with a passkey
If you have already registered a passkey on this device, the sign-in page offers it at the top.
- Open the sign-in page for your portal (admin or member).
- Select Sign in with passkey.
- Confirm with your device — Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or your security key.
You're taken straight to your dashboard. If the device shows no passkey prompt, your passkey may not be registered on that device yet. Use email instead and add a passkey afterwards under Settings → Profile.
Sign in with email and password
- Enter your Email address in the field provided.
- Enter your Password. Use the show/hide button on the right of the field if you need to check what you've typed.
- Select Sign in.
If your password is incorrect you'll see "Invalid email or password. Please try again." Check for typos, then try again. If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot password? below the password field.
Select your gym (multi-gym accounts)
If your account is linked to more than one gym, a gym-picker appears after you sign in. Select the gym you want to work in. You can switch gyms later from within the portal without signing out again.
Staff and owner accounts — MFA step
Staff and owner accounts are required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA). After you enter your password, you may be prompted for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Enter the code and select Verify. If you are prompted to enrol for the first time, see Manage your security (MFA, passkeys, sessions, password).
Notes
- If you are a member or guardian, use the Sign in as a member link on the admin sign-in page, or go directly to the member portal sign-in page.
- Your session stays active until you sign out or it expires. To sign out, use the account menu inside the portal.
- If you cannot sign in at all, see I can't log in or my passkey won't work.
