If you've forgotten your password, you can request a reset link from the sign-in page. The link is emailed to you and must be used within one hour.
Request a reset link
- On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? — it's below the password field.
- Enter your Email address (the one your gym has on file for you).
- Select Send reset link.
The page confirms: "If an account exists for that email, a password reset link has been sent. Please check your inbox." The message is the same whether or not the account exists — this is intentional, to protect accounts from being probed.
Set your new password
- Open your email and find the reset message. Click the link inside.
- On the reset page, enter a New password of at least 10 characters.
- Re-enter it in Confirm new password. The button stays disabled until both fields match.
- Select Reset password.
After a successful reset you're returned to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.
Notes
- Reset links expire one hour after they are sent and can only be used once. If the link no longer works, start again from step 1.
- If a reset email never arrives, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the email address the gym has on file for you.
- If you've set up a passkey, you can sign in without a password — no reset needed. See Manage your security (MFA, passkeys, sessions, password).
- If the link itself isn't working, see My password reset link didn't work or expired.
