My password reset link didn't work or expired

Reset links expire after one hour and can only be used once — request a fresh one and set a valid password.

You clicked the password reset link in your email and got an "expired or invalid" message, or the reset page won't accept your new password. Reset links are deliberately short-lived, so this is usually fixed by requesting a new one.

What's happening

When you ask to reset your password, you're emailed a one-time link. That link expires one hour after it's sent and can only be used once. If the hour has passed, you opened an older email, or the link was already used, the reset page will show "This reset link has expired or is invalid." The reset page also needs the token from the email — opening it without the link won't work.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Sign in, then press Forgot password?. Enter your email address and press Send reset link.
  2. Open the most recent reset email and click its link within one hour. Older reset emails are no longer valid once you request a new one.
  3. On the reset page, choose a New password of at least 10 characters, then re-type it in Confirm new password. The Reset password button stays disabled until both fields are filled and match.
  4. If you see "Passwords do not match" or "Password must be at least 10 characters," correct the password and try again — the link itself is still fine.
  5. If the link still says invalid right after you requested it, make sure you're clicking the link from the newest email and that nothing in your inbox pre-loaded (and thus consumed) the link.

If reset emails never arrive, check spam, confirm you're using the email your gym has on file, and ask your gym to verify the address. For passwordless sign-in going forward, set up a passkey — see the first login and passkey guide.
