Each gym on Base Control has its own public trial enquiry page. Use it to let the gym know you want to try a class. The gym's staff will follow up with you directly — you do not create an account at this stage.
Parents completing an enquiry on behalf of a child should use the For a child option described below.
Open the trial enquiry page
The gym's trial page is at basecontrol.co/s/your-gym/trial — where your-gym is replaced by the gym's short name. You can also reach it from the gym's schedule page by selecting Book a free trial or following the Free trial link in the navigation.
The page is headed Book a free trial class with the note "No experience necessary. Come try a class and meet the team."
Fill in your details
- Enter your First name and Last name.
- Enter your Email and Phone.
- Under Is this for you or a child?, select either For me (for yourself as an adult) or For a child (when enquiring on behalf of a minor).
- If you select For a child, two additional fields appear: Child's name and Child's age, plus an acknowledgement that you are the parent or guardian and agree to provide your child's information for the trial.
- Under Program interest, pick the program you are most interested in from the list. If you are unsure, select Not sure yet. The options shown are the programs the gym has published.
- In the Message box (optional), add any questions or details you would like the gym to know.
- Select Submit enquiry.
The button stays disabled until your first name, last name, email, and phone are filled in.
What happens after you submit
The page shows a confirmation message when the enquiry is received. A staff member from the gym will contact you within 24 hours to lock in your free trial.
If an error appears, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, go back to the gym's schedule page and use the phone number or email address listed there to contact the gym directly.
