Where memberships live
The page is titled Memberships and has two tabs: Memberships and Active memberships. The Memberships tab lists the recurring plans and class passes you sell; Active memberships shows the members currently enrolled.
Create a recurring membership
- On the Memberships page, click New Membership.
- In the dialog, enter a Membership name.
- Leave Type set to Recurring Membership.
- Choose a Billing cycle (Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, or One-off).
- Enter the Price ($).
- Optionally set Sessions per week — leave it blank for unlimited.
- Under Programs this membership grants, tick the programs members on this membership get access to.
- Click Create Membership.
Create a class pass
- On the Memberships page, click New Membership.
- Enter a Membership name.
- Change Type to Class Pass.
- Choose a Pass type (for example, Class Pass).
- Enter the Price ($).
- Enter # classes (credits) — how many sessions the pass is worth.
- Choose an Expiry:
- No expiry — credits never lapse.
- Rolling (N days from purchase) — then enter Valid for (days).
- Fixed date — then pick the Expires on date.
- Optionally set Max per week (optional) to cap how many credits can be used in a week.
- Under Programs this membership grants, tick the programs the pass gives access to.
- Click Create Pass.
Edit a membership
Click any row on the Memberships tab to open the edit drawer. For a recurring membership you can update the name, billing cycle, price, and the programs it grants, then click Save Changes. (A membership's type is fixed — a recurring membership can't be converted into a pass, and vice versa.)
