Base Control collects membership payments through your own Stripe account. You connect it once, from Settings.
Before you start
- You'll need to be the gym owner (or have settings access).
- Have your business details handy — Stripe asks for them during onboarding.
Connect your account
- Go to Settings → Stripe.
- Under Stripe Connect, select Connect Stripe Account.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete onboarding. Fill in your business and bank details there.
- When Stripe is done, you're returned to Base Control. The status rows show Account connected and whether Onboarding is Complete or Incomplete.
If onboarding is still incomplete, the button changes to Continue Onboarding — select it to finish the remaining Stripe steps.
Choose which payment methods to accept
Once connected, the payment-method options appear. Each is Enabled by default — turn off any method you don't want to offer.
Confirm it worked
You're connected when the status shows Account connected and Onboarding: Complete. You can now create plans and collect payments.
