The free trial is for gym owners and managers who want to try Base Control for their business. The trial gives you a 14-day sandbox environment with every feature on and a small starter member allowance — no payment details required.
If you are a student or member looking to join a specific gym, ask your gym for its member link instead of using this form.
Fill in the trial request form
Go to basecontrol.co/trial. The page invites gym owners to start a free trial.
- In the Business name field, enter the name of your academy or gym.
- Under What do you run?, select every discipline that applies — for example BJJ, Yoga, or Drop-in or no syllabus. Pick at least one. The system uses this to shape your trial environment. If none of the tiles are selected, the form shows the message "Pick at least one. This shapes how we set up your trial."
- Enter your Your first name and Last name.
- Enter your Email and Phone.
- Optionally, pick a range under How many members? and a source under How did you hear about us?
- Add any notes in the Anything else? box (optional).
- Select Start my free trial.
The button stays disabled until the required text fields (business name, first name, last name, email, phone) are filled in. If you submit without picking a discipline, the message "Pick at least one. This shapes how we set up your trial." appears so you can choose one.
What to expect after submitting
When the form is submitted successfully, the page shows a confirmation message. Base Control will set up your trial environment and email you access details within one business day.
If the submission fails, an error message appears below the form. Check your internet connection and try again. If the error persists, email team@basecontrol.co.
