Add and manage locations

Add gym locations with addresses and contact details, and activate or deactivate them as your gym grows or changes.

Locations let you define the physical sites your gym operates from. Each location has a name, address, and optional contact details. Locations are used when scheduling classes and can be filtered in reports.

Add a location

  1. Go to Settings → Locations.
  2. Select Add location.
  3. In the modal, enter a Location name — for example, "City Studio" or "South Side". This field is required.
  4. Fill in the address fields: Address line 1, Address line 2 (optional), Suburb, Postcode, and State.
  5. Optionally enter a Phone number and Email address for this location.
  6. Select Save location.

The new location appears in the list with an Active badge.

Edit a location

  1. Go to Settings → Locations.
  2. Find the location you want to update and select the pencil icon on the right.
  3. Update any fields in the modal.
  4. Select Save location.

Activate or deactivate a location

Each location card shows a toggle on the right. Flipping the toggle deactivates the location (marks it Inactive) or reactivates it. The primary location cannot be deactivated — its toggle is disabled.

Inactive locations are still shown in the list but are not offered as options when creating new classes.

Primary location

One location is marked Primary. The primary location is set during gym setup (the onboarding wizard) and cannot be deactivated. To change which location is primary, contact support.

Notes

  • There is no location-level delete — deactivate locations you no longer use.
  • Location names appear on the public schedule and in class booking, so keep them short and descriptive.
