Customize your gym's branding

Set your gym's colours, logo, font, and border-radius style from Settings → Branding, with a live preview before saving.

The Branding & Theme page lets you set the colours, logo, font, and visual style that appear across the admin portal, member portal, and public schedule. Changes apply immediately in the live preview — they only become permanent when you select Save Changes.

Before you start

You must be the gym owner or have Settings access to change branding.

Choose a dashboard theme (quickest option)

The Dashboard Theme section at the top offers ready-made palettes. Selecting a palette instantly updates the admin portal's chrome.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. In the Dashboard Theme section, click on the palette you want (for example, Academy Classic, Urban Fighter, or Midnight).
  3. Review the live preview on the right-hand side to see how it looks across admin, member, and public views.
  4. Select Save Changes at the top right to keep the palette.

When a palette is active, it overrides the manual colour fields. To go back to custom colours, select Clear palette — use custom colours below the palette grid.

Set custom colours

If you prefer full control, clear any active palette and set your own colours.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding → Brand Colours.
  2. For Primary colour, click the colour swatch or type a hex value (e.g. #1B365D). The primary colour is used for buttons and key accents.
  3. For Secondary colour, set the accent colour used for secondary actions.
  4. For Sidebar & header background, set the sidebar colour. If left blank, it defaults to the primary colour.

A contrast advisory appears beneath each colour field — aim for WCAG AA (4.5:1 ratio) to ensure text is readable on that background.

Upload a logo

  1. In the Brand Identity section, find the Gym Logo row.
  2. Select Upload Logo.
  3. Choose a PNG, JPG, or SVG file under 2 MB.

Your logo appears in the sidebar and member portal header. To swap it, select Replace Logo. To remove it, select Remove.

Set gym display name

In the Brand Identity section, enter a value in Gym display name. This controls how your gym name appears in the portal header.

Choose font and border style

In the Typography & Style section:

  • Font family — choose from Inter, Montserrat, Nunito, DM Sans, or Roboto.
  • Border radius — choose Sharp, Rounded, Soft, or Pill to control how buttons and cards look.

Save and revert

  • Select Save Changes to persist everything.
  • Select Reset to Defaults to discard unsaved changes and return all fields to the last saved values.

If your save appears to have no effect or you don't see a success message, see My save shows no feedback / changes didn't apply.
