My guardian account can't log in

How guardian sign-in actually works, and what to do when you can't get into the parent portal.

You're a parent or guardian and you can't sign in to see your child's training, waivers, or billing. Here's how guardian access really works and how to get in.

What's happening

There is no separate guardian login page. Guardians sign in on the same member portal login as everyone else, using your email and password (or a passkey). Once you sign in, the portal detects that your account is a guardian and shows the family view with a child selector, so you can switch between your children.

The key thing to know: a guardian account is not something you can create yourself. Your gym links you to your child (or children) on their side. If you have never been given a login, there is no self-registration for guardians — your account has to be set up by the gym first.

How to fix it

  1. Go to the member portal Sign in page and use your own email address — the one the gym holds for you as the guardian, not your child's. Enter your password and press Sign in.
  2. If you have set up a passkey, press Sign in with passkey instead. If you see "No passkeys registered yet," sign in with email and password and set up a passkey later from your profile.
  3. If your password isn't working, use Forgot password? on the login page to get a reset link by email. See the first login and passkey guide for the full first-time setup.
  4. If you sign in but don't see your child, or the family view is empty, your account may not be linked to the child yet. This is set up by the gym — contact them and ask them to confirm you're linked as the child's guardian.
  5. If you have never received any login at all, ask your gym to set up your guardian account and link your child. They manage guardians and family links from their admin tools; you can't create the link yourself.

If you get an "invalid email or password" error with the correct email, the gym may have the account under a different email address — ask them which email is on file for you.
