If the member portal takes you straight to a health questionnaire and won't let you reach the dashboard, that's expected — not a fault.
Why it happens
Your gym needs your health information on file before you train, so instructors can keep sessions safe. Until the questionnaire is submitted, the portal keeps you on that page.
How to get past it
Complete and submit the questionnaire once — see Complete your health questionnaire. After you submit (with consent ticked and your name typed as a signature), the rest of the portal unlocks and you won't be sent back to it.
I already filled it in but I'm still being sent there
- Make sure you reached the end and selected Submit Health Questionnaire — saving partway doesn't count as submitted.
- If you're sure you submitted, contact your gym so they can check your record.
