Read the pipeline
The grading pipeline groups candidates into three columns: Eligible Now, Nearly Eligible, and On Hold. Upcoming events are listed under Upcoming Events. Use the filters at the top to narrow by rank scheme, program, or belt.
Eligibility is informational — the award is always a manual action.
Award a stripe
Candidates who have met a class-based stripe rule appear under Ready to Grade — Stripe.
- Find the candidate in the Ready to Grade — Stripe list.
- Click Award stripe on their row.
- A confirmation toast shows the new stripe count. The row drops off the list because their class count resets.
Create a grading event
Use a grading event for a belt ceremony.
- Click Create Grading Event.
- Enter an Event name and pick a Date.
- Choose a Program, then a Rank scheme (the default scheme for the program is preselected where available).
- Optionally pick a Location.
- Click Create Event. It appears under Upcoming Events.
Notify candidates
To email a group of candidates, tick their checkboxes in the pipeline, then use Email Selected in the action bar to create a draft campaign addressed to them.
